This Gyro 700e features a 108 cm cutting deck (mulching optional) and a 64Ah battery pack. You can expect to get up to 110 minutes runtime and 8000 sqm working area (on one charge) and the unique joystick technology by Stiga allows you maximum control over direction, steering and speed - as well as a 360º turning radius which means cutting round obstacles such as shrubs, trees and ornamental gardens absolutely effortless.
With the Stiga Gyro 700e battery axial mower you can control both blade rotation and traction speed for a fully customisable cut, perfectly suited to the whatever size of shape your lawn is. This is especially beneficial if your grounds feature more than one type of lawn. You’ll love the Stiga vehicle management system that communicates automatically with the machine’s traction controllers, which work to independently manage the direct drive motors in each rear wheel to deliver an immediate response and maintain maximum safety and precise trajectory as you mow.
The Stiga Gyro 700e comes with a wealth of innovative features and a few tried and tested ones too. Such as the eight cutting positions that can be changed using the lightweight central lever. A great feature is Stiga’s smart cutting mode; choose from a total of three blade speed settings to suit the needs and contours of your lawn. If your lawn is thicker, longer and/or slightly damp you can use the Boost setting which is set at 3.200 rpm. If you just want a weekly, standard setting then you can use the Standard setting (3.000 rpm) but if you are mowing very frequently and your grass is soft or you wish you mulch then you can use the Eco setting (2.800 rpm). Whichever setting you select you can be assured that this model offers a performance well beyond industry standards.
With this Stiga Gyro 700e you can even combine different settings with different driving speeds to suit your needs. The speeds range from Comfort at 3.3km/h for more precise work, up to 12 km/h for the fastest results. Whichever speed you choose, this Stiga Gyro 700e automatically limits minimum and maximum speeds to ensure you will always feel in control. You’ll feel at home on slopes thanks to the Gyro’s well-studied weight distribution and a very low centre of gravity (just 55.3 cm). Also, the electronics of this model will automatically manage speed limitations when on slopes, making this a safe bet in tougher conditions.
