Age Restricted Policy

Healys is a responsible seller of bladed and other age restricted item. For years we have manually verified the ages of customers purchasing any age restricted items. When you place an order with Healys Outlet Store you will need to verify your age before we can send your item(s).

If you have bought an age restricted item from us you will need to send some form of government issued document to us for review. You can do this by sending an email to us at healysoutletstore@outlook.com confirming your name, the type of ID you have provided and your order number.

A passport or drivers license is the only method of age confirmation we take. After your purchase, you can simply send us a copy or photograph of the requested document. Once we have sought this ID once we will not need to seek it again as you will be registered on our system as having been checked.

If you do not send ID within a reasonable time manner of your order being placed then we will take it upon ourselves to contact you for it. If after 48 hours of your order being placed and we still do not have any form of ID from yourself then your order will be cancelled.

PLEASE NOTE: ID has to match the information on the order details provided. e.g. name and address used at checkout must match name and address on driving license or passport. If you wish to have your item delivered to your work address, please make sure your billing address matches up with your driving license or passport. If information does NOT match, Healys has every right to cancel the order with no prior notice.

Every parcel that contains an age restricted item will be marked for delivery to a person 18+ only. The person accepting the item will need to show proof of age to the courier before item can be handed over. This service is delivered on a nominated day in so somebody can be available at the property to accept the item. Please expect a call from us to arrange a suitable dispatch.
